September's Sustainability Adventures

Welcome to our 3rd instalment of our sustainability journey.

This month we've been consolidating what we do and preparing for our next steps. We have been lucky to receive 3 native trees from Otakaro Orchards- if you haven't heard of them, please google them to find out the amazing things they are doing for the local community. We are hoping to get down to visit the orchards soon.

We have also been scouting places that will be suitable for our urban explorers programme. This is something we are developing, so please keep reading on updates of our progress in the coming months.

Kakano - our nursery, has been preparing the garden beds for planting. We will also be introducing more raised gardens with aromatic plants for our infants and toddlers to explore.

It's been a busy month, but not much to show due to the time being spent on preparing for our next steps.
