Kia ora

I'm Harpreet. As a Centre Manager who immigrated 23 years ago to New Zealand, I bring a deep passion for early childhood education and a firm belief that the early years lay the most critical foundation for a child’s lifelong learning and well-being.

With a commitment to creating nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environments, I focus on supporting children under five to grow with confidence, curiosity, and resilience. My journey into New Zealand’s diverse ECE landscape has enriched my understanding of different cultures and educational approaches, allowing me to lead with empathy, vision, and a strong emphasis on collaborative learning for both children and educators.

About Lollipops Millennium

At Lollipops Millennium, we focus on creating a developmentally enriched environment that supports each child’s unique learning journey. By integrating sustainable practices and a culturally inclusive curriculum, we help children develop a sense of responsibility, creativity, and respect for diversity.

Our purpose-built centre features eco-friendly outdoor spaces, veggie gardens, and areas designed for both quiet moments and active play. We offer a safe, inviting environment where children engage with nature and enjoy hands-on experiences.

We provide tailored learning for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our daily schedule includes a mix of structured learning experiences and free play, ensuring that children of all ages have time to explore, learn, and build social skills with their peers.

Our Rooms

Lollipops Millennium offers a vibrant, green environment with areas designed to encourage exploration, creativity, and play. Each room is thoughtfully designed to meet the developmental stages of children, with spacious, well-equipped outdoor areas that invite hands-on learning.

0–2 years

Fantails Room

In this cosy space, infants enjoy a balanced playground with sensory-rich learning experiences such as a sandpit, mud kitchen, and fresh herb planters. Our outdoor area is designed to engage the youngest learners in meaningful, tactile experiences while promoting physical development.

2-3.5 years

Tūī Room

The Tūī Room encourages sensory exploration with vegetable planters, an outdoor easel, and a large chalkboard for creative expression. The natural shade from our big trees provides a perfect spot for quiet moments, while the sandpit and obstacle path support motor skill development.

3.5 - 5 years

Pūkeko Room

This spacious room is designed for our older children, offering ample room for exploration. With areas for picnics, water play, and swinging, the Pūkeko Room provides a dynamic, engaging outdoor environment that fosters independence and social skills in preparation for school.
